Was expecting a very small weight loss over the weekend then dropped 3 lbs in a day. Must have been water weight from breakfast bacon. No cravings from eating low carb, averaging about 30-35 carbs per day. Prior to restarting Atkins I was averaging 160 carbs so it is a major change. Insulin use is down to under around 16U of U500, which is a big improvement from around 50U for months. Anxious to see A1c results when I visit the Endo in March.
