any advice for getting over/past a weight plateau, can't seems to push past/under these numbers past couple weeks 💞 thanks

I’m in the same boat - been hovering in the 89’s for 9 days so far. I want to just hop in the elevator and travel down ⬇️ to the 88’th kilo. 📉 If I crack it, I’ll let you know what I did.

I have been consuming less carbohydrates and it seems to help .. so far. I’ve been only doing it for a week. My next weight in will be on Monday. So we’ll see 🤞🏻

I just weight myself few minutes ago😬( naughty me) I seemed to have lost 200grams since last weight in. But I’ll let you know again on Monday.

I'm in the same boat, it tends to happen. Try to change your routine, e.g. change or increase exercise regime, or have a cheat meal (Google it). Good luck!

plateu stages are natural, and in some cases can even last few months. my recommendations would be 1) recalculate your calorie deficit again, if you lost some weight already your calorie deficit is most likely different and you need to change your intake! b) start eating at your TMR (total metabolic rate) for 2 weeks and then go back to the calorie deficit. 😀

You should be able to find a TMR calculator online. If not there is a mathematical formula I can assist you with. It is a bit tricky though because you first need to know how active you are. So basically take few factors like type of work you do, how many steps a day you take, how often do you exercise, your age, height and weight. All that is needed to do the calculation:)
