For the past year, I have invested my active life to pole dance fitness. I've watched a rather dramatic change in what my body looks like and how I feel about myself. This is the only fitness program I've actually stuck to since graduating high school and no longer participating in sports. I've tried the gym workout, workout apps, running, swimming, hiking and nothing has really stuck until I walked into the pole studio that I have been tied to for the past 12 months.
Now that I've got the activity, I'm really wanting to focus on my diet. I've always been able to maintain, but now its time to trim the fat and really work on being all around healthy! I am looking forward to working with a community of athletes and healthy conscious people, since that is so difficult to find anymore.
