Really working hard to stick to the low carb and high protein way of life. It is now a way of life not just another diet to be on till I lose the weight and then off to eat whatever I was eating that made me gain more weight than ever. I am eating more vegetables and more meat, no bread, and very little else. I did eat some Greek yogurt last night with frozen strawberries in it, but that isn't a lot of carbs either. I did buy us a lot of Atkins bars today. Leonard is eating like I am eating and it so far isn't helping him, but I know as soon as he starts to do something, his weight will fly off of him, while I will be still struggling with mine.
