It takes ONE DAY to decide that you are enough. It takes 4 WEEKS for you to notice a change. It takes 8 WEEKS for your friends to notice. It takes 12 WEEKS for the rest of the world to notice a change. One day, week for week we chip it away. Good luck and be strong.

@Maryke, this one doesn’t have a name. I think it’s something she developed herself. So far the meal plan doesn’t include any shakes like Optifast. Week 1 is detox and metabolic kickstart.
How far are u in your 12 week and how is it going?
