Wow this weekend was filled with fattening food/carbs, but I managed not to go over 1500 calories. Next time when I go to family functions I plan on brining my own snacks/lunch LOL....I know some of them can eat what they want, but I really can't splurge too much until I lose much more! This week I hope to lose at least a pound!

Tomorrow back to special K and less carbs ha!

yes weekends are hard for me too! but i will manage to get through them with help and support!
