Weight was at a stand still for awhile then had a sugar breakdown last night eating what my husband calls "fart cookies" as I've got a sensitivity to sugar alcohols and tend to shy away from most sugar free treats. I ate way too many and thought I had completely thrown away any weight loss this week. Turns out I lost 2 lbs so I'm pretty excited about that. Tried to be much stricter today. Went grocery shopping and stocked up on higher fat foods for the next week. Looking forward to the menu change!

By the way, Braum's sugar free vanilla ice cream with splenda is NOT as low carb friendly as I assumed. And it made my stomach sick after eating so well recently. Lesson learned...after the kid's sports, I will not be getting ice cream with them!!


205.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
