Haven't been on here for a while - feel like I disappeared down a black hole and have just re-emerged and now the sun is shining again!! Nothing bad happened fortunately, I just got caught in day to day crap and let it drown me for a bit. Back to tracking carbs and calories really closely as I let my carb count particularly slide around since November, although not wildly and I used my weekly points for the last few weeks which I don't ordinarily, but I've stuck to my w.o.e. I plateaued for a couple of weeks, but things have moved again now I've got a grip on myself. Still need to motivate myself to exercise; I've recorded a load of different workouts from the Fitness channel to mix with my Bosu and Jane Fonda DVDs. Now all I have to do is actually get my lazy butt off the chair and do them. Sigh. Have a lovely weekend everyone. :0)
