Weigh day I don't think I will be doing much cheating today because I don't feel 100% I think I have a little stomach bug yesterday I only ate 3 crackers with water and that was pushing it. So today I might get some tea and more fluids in happy with the weight loss. I know me not eating yesterday did not amount to a 3 pound loss so I am proud of myself though I did have 2 drinks and second helpings of dinner last week. I wish everyone who is on their journey to keep pushing and to take this one day at a time!
160.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
