boo. BUT! I am trying to kickstart this weightloss thing... I am going to do the HGC Diet. I've done my reading and I think it sounds like a viable and healthy option. IT is one funky diet but, if I could just get out of this rut...

I am looking for others doing this program and hope to get and give a lot of feedback!

Here we go! I started today with the HGC drops and the first of 2 gorge days. Then, Wednesday, I start the 550 calorie/day portion. Typical results are a loss of 20 or so pounds of fat!! Woohoo! That's what I am hoping for!
