Today, for the first time in 6 months, I caved into temptation. I had 2 marshmello peeps and 15 M&Ms. I'm still within my daily calories. I swear, I dislike menstrual cycles thoroughly. I know I'm being hard on myself but I'm so disappointed in my choices today. What's worse, I really want to have more now. I am more than my cravings though. I will get through this week.
