Anybody else EXHAUSTED all the time?? My husband and I are tuckered out. Work outs that were relatively easy before are kicking our butts! I actually strained a calf muscle during strength training. I'm not a fitness buff - but I was surprised by my injury. I am just barely able to walk now, and it's been 48 hours. BTW - Husband still holding at 217 (down from 222) after 5 days.
