removing nuts for the time being. honestly have a weakness there. just some digestive challenges these past few weeks. I've chosen a simpler approach to continue my weight loss: vegetables and meat.
phase 2 will be slow but I'm hoping to work on consistency, hydration and getting back into tracking meals
