I can't believe I gained a pound. it is completely mind boggling to me. In order to gain a pound i would have had to eat 3500 calories over my maintenance. Now I know I didn't follow a diet last week or workout hardcore, but it just does not make sense considered I under ate that week. It better not be because of the OEP.
