Well I finally saw a little weight loss today. :) I Have been fighting to get to my -20 pound mark I was 2.5 pounds from it and started to see a gradual weight gain in the last week. I have lost a total of 16.5 pounds since Jan 4, 2011.
203.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 53.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
