OK I've been off the coffee but I've kinda been drinking a lot of caffeine still.... OOOOOO yeah I want some bengal spice. Whenever I crave something sweet, I should have some bengal spice..

And No Eating Carbs after 4pm!

Eat between 1200-1400 calories a day. If I go over on a day, then I have to subtract it from the next day or burn it off by doing extra exercise.

Must burn 250 calories a day which is about 30 mins of exercise.
