Are you sticking to the 3 oz of cheese a day and getting your carbs from vegetables? Are you exercising and drinking water? Are you only eating foods from the approved foods list?

Don't get discouraged! From what I understand it can take a few days to really get into ketosis and really see some weight loss...and of course, everybody is different!
