Good Morning All,
Sorry I have been gone, my darling hubby and his buddy were removing trees from our property and dug through our phone/internet line!! So no internet for me all weekend, thankfully the phone company came out early this morning so I am back online!
Didn't finish my 3rd day of the Fat Fast, a Dr friend that I used to work with was driving thru our area and wanted to meet us for lunch. Cracker Barrel was the chosen place and I decided to eat. I had scrambled eggs and bacon, and water. Should have felt bad but didn't, so just chalked it up to a life issue that throws a monkey wrench into the day. My weigh in went well down 2 lbs so to me it was a good week.
Hope everyone is doing well, still need to go back and read all the posts from the last few days to get caught up. Time to eat breakfast, catch you all later!

Thanks Barb! Sometimes I wish I could just throw away the scale and just lose the weight without it, but for some reason those damn numbers are soooooo important to us. Right now I am just so happy to have found something that works and that I am working it! :) Of course I would love to rid myself of the 69 lbs I have left to lose by the end of summer but I am starting to realize that no matter when I finish, the goal is to finish this time no matter how long it takes! I am very happy with what I have accomplished so far and if it ends up the rest takes me a lb a week, I need to be ok with that.
