Good Morning All, Sorry I have been gone, my darling hubby and his buddy were removing trees from our property and dug through our phone/internet line!! So no internet for me all weekend, thankfully the phone company came out early this morning so I am back online! Didn't finish my 3rd day of the Fat Fast, a Dr friend that I used to work with was driving thru our area and wanted to meet us for lunch. Cracker Barrel was the chosen place and I decided to eat. I had scrambled eggs and bacon, and water. Should have felt bad but didn't, so just chalked it up to a life issue that throws a monkey wrench into the day. My weigh in went well down 2 lbs so to me it was a good week. Hope everyone is doing well, still need to go back and read all the posts from the last few days to get caught up. Time to eat breakfast, catch you all later!
