I haven't posted a journal entry in 9 days...I've been up and down with my diet lately. I haven't been tracking my weight every day either because I'm trying to get rid of my scale addiction. I did weigh myself 20 mins ago and I don't like what I see at all but it's to be expected with about 3 slip ups this week and some health issues I'm dealing with. I'm still motivated to follow through with this, I'm just a little discouraged...I'll get back on track, I know this..Patience right? Don't be so tough on myself right? I'll check back in soon, in high spirits I pray. <3
