Doing well. Went for a an almost two-mile walk and tonight will likely get another mile in if I go downtown, which I might do. It warmed up well into the 30s, normally not too warm, but I dressed warmly and there was no brutal wind out there. Hope everyone is well, so busy lately - little time for much more than researching agents now. The second book's final edit will start either tonight or tomorrow I think...

Hello Glenn, hope your day has gone well. Becareful if you eat stuff with aspertame in it.. It causes me to have a headache..My eye Dr. saw something in my eyes that bothered him and thats the only thing I could come up with that may have caused it..I didn't use any for two weeks and had another exam and they were gone..So be careful with that stuff..I just remembered you saying you had migranes..Wanted you to know this...Bren

Hi Glenn...the song I posted today is one of my favorites because of the meaning. It gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it. Thanks for being my friend:) TOWANDA!!!!

Thanks Bren - I will try to use Splenda since it has less side effects. Lisa - I like many songs by Elton John and have a more than a few of the Greatest Hits compilations and the Yellowbrick Road CD too. I think no one has more Top 40 hits besides Elton John in the USA other than Elvis who I am sure has the most. Have a great Sunday ... :)

Splenda is the safest artificial sweetener you can take. Think the upper limit is like 20-30 packets a day but some people bloat up on it and I am one of them! I tried stevia and xylitol and both I did not get along with so use Splenda for most part when I drink and coffee or tea. Elton John I love!!! Sirius XM satellite radio I have often has few days of just Elton John music 24/7

Good job with the walks, you are a good example Glenn!

gizmo - I don't take that much Splenda but it is good on stuff like cereal, it really tastes like sugar. Stevia gives me Charlie horse cramps. I don't have Sirius radio but may invest in it late this year after I buy a CD player that will take dozens of CDs at once... Info - you're a better example than me on the weight, but I'm sure there will be lots more walks this year. I recommend turmeric and ginger (the ginger to offset any harshness to the stomach the turmeric might cause) - it has stopped the joint pain from being as severe as it was last summer...

I only use Splenda in coffee or tea when I drink it

I use it for that too and cereal too but not much else. Unfortunately a lot of stuff has aspartame in it! For me it is better than sugar, which is just empty calories. Just fruit and salad and regular food and no sugar today, I can stop eating it if I try...

Glad to hear the weather is getting better Glenn! I'm sure you appreciate those walks, and your dog too. I hope you will find an agent very soon!

Thanks jessy - I have a list of over 120 who take my genre of historical fiction. First is to get those that will read as many chapters as possible as I think it will sell Book 1 faster. Also, it would be wise for me to get an agent who will also take sci-fi/fantasy too that way I won't have to switch agents for the later books. On the long walks I don't take the dog as they're two miles or more at times too far for a little terrier to go, but she gets walked four plus times a day and she's healthy now too...
