Walnut Keeper's Journal, 05 April 2021

This isn’t related to physical health, but it’s related to emotional health. Yesterday morning, my daughter’s classmate lost his life in a car accident. And my son, who works as a teenage mortician after school and on weekends, was in charge of preparing the boy’s body for embalming.

Please don’t take your time with your loved ones for granted. If you’re having troubles, end the troubles as soon as possible. If everything is going well, give hugs and daily encouragement. You truly never know when it’s the last time you’ll see someone. Let them pass from this world knowing they’re loved.
