Well, I've been preparing myself for the possibility that the scale wouldn't have good news for me this morning. I did have a "free meal" plus a bunch of drinks last night. I'm still pleased with my performance this week; 2 trips to the gym, a long bike ride, and sticking to my diet pretty well is a good start.
