Today i was doing really well. I have learned to say no to my needless snacking. But, than i did something i knew i should not have done. I baked some cookies. Gahh what was i thinking. I was not really strong enough to not taste them too much. They are not that bad, but not that i have all that sugar in my body i feel really crappy.
Lesson learned Kara, you like sweets, you can even have some sweets, but not a lot, you will feel like shit after!
