I finally noticed something. I eat dinner extraordinarily early. And after dinner, my cravings vanish if I brush my teeth. But anyway...
Had a really great wrokout this morning before breakfast! To avoid a fainting fiasco like the last time, I ate a tp of PB about an hour before working out. For some reason, it really worked! I was all high energy craziness. My average pace was 8:45- whew! Afterwards I did ten minutes of weight training, then stretched and went to go shower. For the rest of the day I've felt pumped. I'm even going to workout on this workout video I bought a while back!

yeah i heard the brush your teeth trick on 'the doctors' the other day, but i find too that if i eat a mentholated cough drop works too....lol
