So I starting reducing my carbs. on Wednesday and I felt like I was going to die. Keto flu isn't a joke. So I read up on what to do, upped my water and salt intake, and feel awesome yesterday! I really haven't felt this good in a long long time. I really hope I can keep this up. Full day #2 has just begun :)
