I eat about 80-100g of brown rice. No specific amount of meals per week but most meals are without. But I made too much on Monday so tonight we had the leftovers.

Yes Liela it was. Gone are my days of thinking that being on diet means eating tiny portions and never really being satiated. A balanced hearty portion is important. I love a big meal!!!

@Shereen, I completely agree😊. We need enough fuel to keep our mind and body healthy. And we don't need to eat little or boring uninspired dishes to lose weight. Thank you for posting, this will soon be one of my next meals😋.
