WOOHOO Mini Goal reached!! I'm soo excited to have lost 20 pounds before my anniversary this weekend.. Will still be tracking my calories for today and tomorrow then taking Sunday and Monday off to celebrate my anniversary with my husband..and since we will probably be drinking I'm not even going to try or stress myself about it.. I've found living my life on a daily basis counting my calories and just not worrying about it on special occasions is what makes this time around so much different for me than the other attempts. I used to always fall off the wagon at family functions, pot lucks etc. and feel so guilty and crappy I'd just give up - NOW I don't consider it messing up - they are just a part of life that you enjoy while they are happening and let it go when their over...no guilt required!!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
