so my sisters, my cousin,aunt and I took all 11 of our kids to the zoo today and walked an entire 6 hours! It felt so good, although I did splurge a little and ate half a little debbies brownie, gummie candies and had a red bull. im proud of my self for resisting the chips and other snacks. Between walking around and holding my 2yr old 35lb daughter I did great! Still have not had pop in a week!!! GO ME!!!
