Day 2. I started C25K this morning. Completed it! I logged in my food already through lunch as that seems to help in my accountability. We will be eating out this evening at the BBQ place and plan on having only the meat and a side of slaw.
I noticed that I only took in 9.12 carbs all day yesterday. I need to increase that somehow. Any tips? Not sure what more to eat! I really want to stick to the 20< for two weeks per the Atkins plan. Just not sure what else I should be doing/eating.....
plan on walking the dogs for antoher 1/2 hour tonight too now that the weather is no longer arctic. :)
