Today is Jan 27th and I've been participating in a life plan resolution with my girls and have noticed some rather amazing changes. I am drinking WATER...go figure! I am taking a multi-vitamin! Go figure! I've gone to 3 Yoga and 3 Zumba classes in two weeks...I usually go to one and then peter out immedietely. I owe this change to my friend Lucy...she is the perfect kick in Shan's ass!!!
