Will be over on carbs again:( I did not exercise but one day last week due to my neck kink. It is still sore but much improved so I will be attendeing No Limits Circut this morning. According to the description this promises to be an intense workout, hope I can keep up with minimal modifications. Then on Wednesday I will have my 1/2 hour Pilates session with Theresa (I am going to miss her when I start group training with Adam and Pilates Class with Emma in May) Thursday I have my CRT class Friday I have my PT session w/Theresa, and Saturday I will go to Yoga Basics. I will still be shy of my goal of working out 6x/week but much better than last week.
