First day of the 20 carb challenge. I ate 23... which isn't bad considering I resisted all the junk at the meeting today... cake, crispy creams, crackers, pretzels... wow - I did great!

Hi! I'm going over a bit today, too. But it's all vegetables and nothing refined. I'm not going to meet the goal but since it's a salad tipping me over I don't feel all "eaten up" inside about it. Food joke. oh, man. I slay me.
