Today was a busy day here on the farm. More calves made their entrance the week old have decided to run and play in the stacks. So lots of returning to mama's that can't get in there thankfully.

The winds have started to blow haven't dropped in temp. So maybe we won't get that last blast of winter. Here is to hoping.

Did the first official smoke of the season a Brisket "cold smoke" took 8 hours, pretty good tonight will be better with fathead pizza later this week.

All in all a great day.
