Hi: NOT weighing in this week...SCARED! :-)) Anyway, I need to find out how much I burn when I go scuba diving. Went Saturday, and going for another night session this Wednesday.

he he....let's do that! Thanks. Friday, weigh-in : I'll aim for 76kgs. No more. So let's start dumping the food, just eat light and exercise! :-))
