Dry fasting till Lunch
Could that be working ?
Lunch was half pita and cheese and juice
Not too much butter
( drinkopop naartjie)
Supper
Dhall
Half pita
Kerala
Nuts chutney
Juice with sparkling water .

More chocolate than I should have had .
138.0 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
