Last night was home made turkey taco night. Used an El Paso Hard Shell Taco Dinner Kit (Only used the taco shells and seasoning packet from the kit - the taco sauce was discarded.) along with some refried beans and green chilis mixed into the meat. I had three - meat and a little cheese with one teaspoon of slasa verde on each. For dessert I had a 150 calorie Edy's Slow Churned Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. I felt full and also ready for my work out after some time to digest my food.

It has been told to me that after you eat - stay at least a little active, up and moving for 30 minutes. It allows your body to process the food you have eaten instead of 'storing' it. So I helped with cleaning the table and physically doing the dishes instead of placing them into the dishwasher.
