Uh-oh....went over on calories for the 1st time today. I was 45 calories over!! Oh well, I worked really hard today. I woke up and did a killer workout. Then I cleaned hard core all day. I even tackeled our storage room in our basement. Plus, I only ate around 30 grams of fat, so that is good. Just have to try harder tomorrow to stay under 1900 calories!
