I have been taking my weight lose seriously but its hard when you have children baking, buying, eating sweets. I just think about how much it is worth it saying no and walking away'' I mean RUNNING AWAY from temptation...it’s very much worth it when people take notice in your achievement . It’s all on the choices we make.
