I weight in on Monday at 168 . Today is day day 6 and I am doing well . Today was the test when I had to go food shop and buy all new stuff for atkins . I did well shopping and starting tomorrow I will walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes as I started yesterday and thought I was going to call 911 this morning as I was sore .
But staying postive and moving along . Just cant get rid of this headache !
