I guess being sick never helps when you are trying to watch what you eat. Walk by a bakery and you just want to go in and order one of everything. LOL
Tried correcting my original weight to what I was when I started watching what I ate and it will not go back that far. :(
I started my journey February of 2010, when I was going through a very hurtful break-up with a man that I had been in a relationship with for 10 years. I looked at myself in the mirror when he closed the door and said - No one is going to even look at me. I was unhappy at how I let myself go. I cried, I am not going to lie. But then I said to myself - I have to do this for me, no one else is going to do it. Let go of the past, and start new.
Now 57 pounds lighter, my energy and happiness is through the roof. And I am looking to getting back out there and seeing if I can find the right person for me. :)
