Thinking about the fatsmasher diet...
153.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what is the fatmasher diet?

I haven't thoroughly researched it, but I know it is broken up into phase. The first phase is a detox phase (which is what attracted me). My cousin is following it and could probably give you more info. Her member name is T_so_focused....BTW the correct name is Fat Smash Diet. I just noticed
