Trying very hard to not let previous slip-ups deter me from forward progress. I've resumed my increase in daily veggies and bought fresh fruit (instead of the snack sized stuff that's been processed). Worked in the yard today for an hour with an N95 mask on so that my asthma wouldn't flare up from pollen allergies and it worked! If the rain doesn't start up, I might go for a walk after supper.

Feeling hopeful.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
