While you're cutting down carbs so drasticaly and you seeing good results on weight, thats not quite healthy. There are bad carbs and good carbs. Good carbs are energy needed for cardiovascular, weightlifting and also in combination with lean proteins can help get muscles, get ripped and lose weight while getting you're metabolism higher.
