I went over my RDI by 23 calories yesterday. There three easy times I could have avoided that (the cookie, the other half of that avocado, the cupcake), but I just didn't. I did double cardio and skipped weights this morning, which according to FS, increased my calorie burn, so I guess it's a wash.
I'm tired today. Hubby is sick, tossing and turning with a fever all night, which kept me up. I wonder how long I'll last this evening...
