Stress makes me gravitate to food...I am becoming aware so that I don't repeat old mindless eating of the wrong food when I feel uncomfortable habit...hard to break with a lifetime of this instant gratification reward system but it is do-able just takes paying attention too..TOWANDA!!!!!!!
