I was doing so well this week and then bombed yesterday. I had 'Phase 2 allowed' foods (fruit, hummus, veggies, whole wheat pitas), but I just ate too much. I even told myself I was already full, but it just didn't stop the hand going to the mouth.
Still down 0.5 this week (losing is losing, right), but I was on track for a much bigger loss.
Today is a new day and a new start. Yesterday was a set back, but it is now behind me.
At the end of week seven, I've lost 15 lbs.
