Had too much Keto chocolate yesterday.
Stopping whey as it spikes insulin ( investigate that further ) Whey repeats on me.😢
Let’s stick to eating more eggs 🥚😷😷😷
139.3 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
