I didn't really weigh 243 lbs yesterday. I weighed it two days ago.
Now that I've had a day of a ton of pork and a very reasonable amount of macaroni and cheese, followed by eating like absolute shit in the evening -- McDonald's for dinner, then about a cup or so of ice cream, which was delicious -- I have somehow... lost weight? I don't really understand it, to be perfectly honest.
