I am incredibly upset with my weight. I haven't been strict enough with my diet, even as simple as it is.
For that reason, I've got a "new" diet. This one should, I hope, cater to my needs and my personality a bit better. I prefer schedules and planning over lack of planning, and at the same time I have very little problem doing the same thing over and over again; for that reason, I just have a meal plan for days that I'm not eating with my fiancée.
Monday - Both meals with Girl; Tuesday - Both meals with Girl; Wednesday - Ravioli and Grilled Cheese (tentative); Chicken Breast & Egg Noodles Thursday - First meal unknown -- with parents or Girl; Second meal eating out Friday - Chicken Breast & Ramen; Second meal with parents or out Saturday - Both meals with Girl Sunday - Pork & Mac and Cheese; Second meal with parents
Just finished my pork chop and mac about 90 minutes ago. Still full. Good times.
