i started taking pectin pills, it s a natural product made from apples, i m hoping that all those fibers will make my bowel movement better, i have a belly now, i never had a belly before, it was always flat no matter how much weight i gained or loose...so i m kind of hoping that all that belly is just gas and constipation.. i m having my family for dinner tomorrow but i ll eat salad only..i made enough salad for a month and stocked in the fridge. I was fighting a serious urge to binge today.. last week i lost my will in front of a hole milka chocolate bar and a bag of cheesy chips... but not today. today i start again...
